Everything you do runs on a finite amount of energy. The decisions you make before breakfast, the ideas that arrive in the shower, the conversations that leave you lighter or heavier than when it began. We spend this energy every hour of our lives, and few of us ever learn how it's made, how to increase it or how to regain it.

For our Founding LTS evening, my friends from medicine, art, technology, design, business and media gather around one question: Where does our energy come from & how do we create more of it? You'll hear the science, feel your own energy shift in real time, and discover what this particular table knows together.

Some of it you'll hear. Some of it you'll taste. All of it you'll take home.

Come curious. Leave with more energy than you arrived with. We'll measure it.
